Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
• Replenish stock and supplies to ensure seamless service
• Set up the bar before shifts and restock as needed
• Collaborate with occasional off-site event teams while working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Alcohol Server Certification
• Strong mixology skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.

Skills

• Proven restaurant experience with knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality best practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
