Duties

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Tee-On POS (Point of Sale) system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety guidelines
• Manage cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas and clubhouse in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with opening or closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with Tee-On or similar POS platforms is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cashiering and managing tabs accurately
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests and team members
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations is a plus
