Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional drinks and providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol intake to prevent overconsumption
- Upsell additional items to increase revenue
Skills:
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in the food industry or related field
- Cashiering skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food service procedures
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to perform quick mental calculations
