We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your expertise in food and beverage service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase revenue
• Previous fine dining experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Experience in nightclub settings or banquet services is advantageous
• Familiarity with food handling procedures in the food industry
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Understanding of brewing techniques may be beneficial

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and make recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events
• Uphold food safety standards through proper handling and storage of ingredients
