We are seeking a skilled SERVER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.
