REQUIREMENTS

  • Age requirement: 25+
  • Proven experience in a bartending role or similar hospitality position is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.

  • Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, working closely with the kitchen staff.
  • Maintain an organised bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
