JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math skills
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations
  • Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable
  • Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages
