JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/Bartender to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math skills
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations
• Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable
• Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages
