Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Operate the Micros POS system for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
