JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our fall team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. The Bartender aspect of the position will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing excellent service in both indoor and outdoor dining settings.

SKILLS

• Working knowledge of POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase beverage sales.
• Previous server & bartending experience is preferred, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to engage guests positively.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle pay-out transactions accurately and efficiently using POS
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during tournaments or special events.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
