Our team is passionate about delivering warm hospitality, refined service, and memorable meals for every guest. We’re looking for talented Servers and Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience as a server or bartender in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Smart Serve Certified (required)
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays

SERVER DUTIES:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input into POS system
• Deliver food and drinks with attention to timing and presentation
• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

BARTENDER DUTIES:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage bar guests with friendly, professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure responsible alcohol service according to Smart Serve guidelines
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
