JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
