JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, easy going restaurant and gaming center environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages and food, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar; eating and gaming area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar and kitchen supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
