Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender and Server to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender and Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through your knowledge of beverages and your ability to engage with patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a background in food service or hospitality will also be considered.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.
