Food and Beverage Server/Bartender Role Overview Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests Take food and drink orders accurately Prepare and serve beverages Maintain a clean, organized work area Work as part of a fast-paced team to contribute and meet the Kinloch Standards listed above. Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal (Season runs March-October weather permitting) Requirements Job Requirements: Must have 2+ years of prior experience as a server/bartender Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and act quickly. Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts. Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beer.

Responsibilities

The Server/Bartender will be responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests by accurately taking food and drink orders and preparing and serving beverages. Staff must also maintain a clean, organized work area and work effectively as part of a fast-paced team to meet club standards.
