La Vecchia Ristorante has been a Toronto dining landmark since 1996, bringing the spirit of Italy to our guests through authentic cuisine, premium wines, and warm hospitality. With our new location in Thornhill, we are excited to expand our tradition of excellence in casual fine dining.
We are currently hiring experienced Servers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service or casual fine dining restaurant an asset, but not preferred.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Deliver professional, attentive, and genuine service to all guests.
• Guide guests through our Italian-inspired menu, highlighting daily specials and wine pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and bussers to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain table settings and dining room cleanliness.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with private events and large parties when scheduled.
