Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We require smartserve certification.
Duties
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Answer phone calls for pickup orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure that all drinks are made to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Dishes and cleaning as necessary
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong food service and customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with the restaurant and food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will be expected to be the only server/bartender on shift Off-Peak hours with 2 servers/bartenders on Peak Hours
