Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to meet health and safety standards
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle receipts with integrity
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices (must be of legal drinking age)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed during shifts
