We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
