Mountain View Vineyard is growing by leaps & bounds! We’ve grown from a 400 square foot tasting room to over 3,000 square feet with a wrap around covered porch and outdoor patio area. We’re looking for servers/bartenders for our beautiful 100 acre Vineyard property. We have a full kitchen and offer a delicious menu for guests to enjoy with our own wine, craft beer and cocktails - the Poconos only destination producing all 3 product lines!
Work in a Seriously Fun atmosphere with room to grow and a great team to work with. The right candidate has the potential to grow into a keyholder or shift supervisor position.
Flexible schedule, but weekends are required. Hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday 11am - 6pm, Fridays & Saturdays 11 am-9pm (seasonally, beginning Nov 1 hours are 11am-6pm daily until April). For the occasional event, we’re open until 10pm.
Qualified candidate should have a willingness to learn about our products and convey your excitement for your favorite Mountain View products to our guests.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
RAMP and ServSafe certifications required within 90 days of hire date.
Must have reliable transportation.
Minimum of 1 year experience in the food or beverage industry waiting tables, bartending, cashier, quick service, food running.

Base pay starting at $8-$10/hour plus tips (dependent upon experience).
