Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers/Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving/preparing drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the restaurants efficiency and upholding our high standards of service throughout our busy patio season.
SKILLS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high stress environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Assist in inventory by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Checking on customers often and suggesting additional items like appetizers and desserts
- Taking orders for new visitors quickly
- General Maintenance and upkeep
- Making sure that orders are accurate before bringing them to customers
