  • Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.

  • Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering processes, ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic bar and server area.
  • Familiarity with Resy and Touch Bistro POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
