JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must possess strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to food handling
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
• A passion for the food industry and hospitality is essential

  Pay: $15.00-$15.01 per hour
  Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons
