Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage tabs for customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
