We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and taking drink orders efficiently.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar area.
