Rhodes Resto + Bar – Midland

Rhodes Resto + Bar is hiring reliable, professional, and guest-focused Servers for our Midland location. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

We are looking for team members who can consistently provide attentive service, follow restaurant procedures, and work effectively in a busy environment.

Compensation: $17.60–$22.00 per hour, plus tips

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service
• Accurately enter orders using the restaurant’s POS system
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Provide menu information and recommend suitable food and beverage options
• Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
• Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace-safety, and responsible alcohol-service requirements
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side duties
• Respond to guest questions or concerns professionally
• Support team members as required during service

Qualifications

• Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred
• A valid Smart Serve certificate is required before the first scheduled shift
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow restaurant procedures and service standards
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where required under applicable law
