Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and drinks
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments with basic math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their experience
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and hospitality skills

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Serving Experience 1-2 years
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience in cashiering or food service roles demonstrating reliability in managing transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service

Pay: $18.25-$30.54 per hour
