Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly with a friendly attitude
• Prepare and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions securely
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
• Ensure responsible alcohol serving practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety
• Assist in opening or closing duties, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and completing shift reports

Qualifications

• 1-2 years serving experience
• Restaurant Experience required
• Weekend Availability
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
