We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/SERVER to join our dynamic team. SKILLS

  • Proficient in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for efficient order processing.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet service is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage crafting is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and catering needs during events or banquets.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality while adhering to all health and safety guidelines within the food industry.
