Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using thePOS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.Assist with food preparation as needed.maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as required.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Skills

• Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food preparation and handling practices.Experience in cashiering and cash handling0procedures.
• Strong upselling skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.A helpful attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
