JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced Server/Guest Attendant to join our vibrant team at Rajdoot Restaurant a premier Indian Cuisine restaurant in Calgary. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a server or guest attendant in a fast-paced restaurant environment, experience must in Indian cuisine or fine dining.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of customers while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cultural dining practices is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart Serve certification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.

  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
