REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Manage the cash register, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
