Strathcona Beer Company is looking for energetic and personable Servers to join our flagship East Van taproom. Located in one of Vancouver’s most diverse and vibrant neighbourhoods, our brewery is built on community, creativity, and hospitality. We serve up craft beer, cocktails, and our signature pizza and snacks in a welcoming, laid-back setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Share our beer lineup, cocktails, and food menu with confidence.
• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure tables are well cared for.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleanliness and setup.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work as part of a team with bar and kitchen staff to deliver smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience in a bar, brewery, or restaurant setting.
• Passion for craft beer, cocktails, and hospitality.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts.
