Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Efficiently set up, clean, and maintain tables to provide a pleasant dining experience.
• Take customer orders, accurately handle payments, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or waitstaff position.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and engage with guests in a positive manner.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and experience with various beverages.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask.
