QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
  • Experience with retail math concepts is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.

  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events and catering services to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Stay updated on beverage trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
