REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling and basic math for accurate change
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods
