As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and work areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Skills

• SMART serve is required before start date.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in restaurant/hotel/hospitality is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
