• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist with food service as needed, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain efficient workflow.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary.
