EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for managing cash flow and drink recipes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
