Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain food safety and food handling standards in accordance with health regulations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and organized while managing multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently

Skills

• Must have Smart Serve and your age is 18+
• Proven restaurant or food industry experience with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cashiering
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing calculations
• Exceptional serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism
