  • Basic math skills for cash handling, including processing payments accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing, payments, and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
