SKILLS

• Proven experience in food service, with a strong background in restaurant or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and sanitation standards is advantageous.
