Job Description: As the Server & Beverage Cart Operator, you will assist the Food and Beverage team in setting tables, as well as taking & serving orders to customers while providing outstanding customer service. You will also stock the beverage carts, fridges, and provide on-course food & beverage service to golfers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school education
• Must be available for all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Smart Serve Certified
• Positive and engaging attitude
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of bar service and wine service is considered an asset
• Must be able to work long hours while on your feet
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and efficient manner
• Must have the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Ability to operate a beverage cart safely (training provided)

• Stock beverage carts as per company guidelines
• Always keep a clean cart and organized workspace
• Assess customer condition and limit alcohol consumption
• Perform extra duties as required by supervisor(s)
• Assist in the execution of non-golf events as required
