JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking skilled Servers to join our dynamic team at our ‘Match Point’ kitchen + sports bar located within ‘Bounce Pickle + Play’. Waitstaff candidates will have experience in the restaurant field and will be eager to work with others to bring top notch customer service to our patrons.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience with TOAST POS systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking drink & food orders and providing recommendations.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including ‘TOAST’.
• Assist in setting up private functions as needed, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
