Archie’s Herne Hill is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our front-of-house team. We’re all about creating memorable dining experiences with top-notch food and warm, genuine hospitality. As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering that experience — from welcoming guests with a smile to ensuring every detail of their visit is just right.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, making them feel welcomed and at home
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
• Share detailed knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and recommendations
• Upsell dishes and drinks to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Keep the dining area clean, organised, and guest-ready
• Handle guest queries or complaints with professionalism and care
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and quality service
• Support new staff by sharing knowledge of procedures and best practices
