We are seeking fun, energetic and accountable restaurant Servers for Part Time work. This job REQUIRES Weekends and Evenings. We value a good attitude and willingness to learn.
There are no daytime shifts available.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

  • Must have prior restaurant experience, minimum of 2 years

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down stations, restocking supplies, and performing side work.
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with professionalism and care.
