We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide outstanding customer service will contribute significantly to the overall success of our restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours or when required by kitchen staff.
