JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and check processing.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area as well as adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication regarding food preparation.
• Uphold hospitality standards while managing guest relations effectively.
