Moros is a quick service, “grab-and-go”, or dine in style restaurant, with a counter service approach.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier/Prep Cook to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately
- Prepare food as per recipes
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and kitchen/prep area
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience
Requirements:
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Understanding of food safety practices and ability to maintain a sanitized work environment
- Proficiency in cashiering duties, including operating POS systems
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Experience in the food service industry or willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
