We are looking for servers and cashiers to work in our location located in Waterloo. Gladiator Burger is one of the busiest burger spots in the GTA, serving hundreds of customers on daily basis.
The applicant must be very friendly and welcoming with experience in fast food or dine-in, as well as a busy environment. Responsibility includes taking orders (both in-person and phone), packing takeout orders, serving, and closing (cleaning) the front dining area.
We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions as well. Please mention the hours you are available.

Other responsibilities-
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including dining room and restrooms
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Required very strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices
- Familiarity with food handling, cash handling, and food preparation procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Experience interviewing and hiring front of house staff is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them
