JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food and beverage selections.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry and food service operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Snappy POS, is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
